MEET SILVI WINTHROP

Silvi Winthrop is a mindfulness-based mental health professional and equine experiential coach who believes deeply in the healing power of presence, connection, and nature.

With a B.A. in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, she has spent the past 15 years supporting people in settings ranging from women’s groups to corporate teams to community programs.

A certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and Equine Experiential Coach, she blends mind–body awareness with the intuitive guidance of horses. Her warm, relational approach helps clients feel safe to explore and grow.

A mother of two adult sons, her work is grounded in a life shaped by family, connection, and the teachings of the natural world.

Based at Sunshine River Farms in Whitefish, Montana, she now guides individuals and groups through mindful experiences that foster resilience, self-compassion, and deeper self-connection.

Mindfulness & Meditation Sessions

Gentle, guided practices to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and cultivate clarity. Sessions may include breathwork, grounding practices, somatic awareness, and nature-based mindfulness.

Equine Experiential Coaching

Partnering with horses for powerful insight, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. These sessions are intuitive, relational, and grounded in presence—the horses help reflect patterns, soften defenses, and awaken inner guidance.  

**No riding. On ground exercises only*

Integrative Wellness Coaching

A holistic approach blending psychology, mindfulness, and lifestyle support to help you create meaningful, sustainable change. Together we explore what nourishes you—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
